• First-party activation

  Designed the architecture and led delivery of a first-party data API for P&O Cruises social-proof messaging, bringing Product Development, Privacy, Architecture and MarTech through sign-off.

• Web 2 foundations

  Designed and built Web 2 MarTech infrastructure for P&O Cruises and Cunard, including analytics, eventing and the foundations for server-side experimentation.

• Marketing automation

  Connected HubSpot onboarding and marketing automation with API development, bespoke AWS applications and automated business-intelligence feeds.
